Design My Place LLP is a Bengaluru-based luxury interior design studio specialising in complete bespoke residential interiors for new homes and renovations with budgets above ₹25 Lakhs.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve Bangalore, Delhi NCR (including Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad), Mumbai, Pune, Goa, and other Indian cities with dedicated site coordination.
What is your minimum project budget?
We focus on complete bespoke interior design projects with budgets above ₹25 Lakhs — covering design, procurement, execution, and final styling.
What is your typical project timeline?
Timelines vary by scope — a styling refresh may take 4–8 weeks, while a full villa fit-out can span 12–18 months. We provide a detailed schedule during the concept phase.
Do you work outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We have delivered projects across Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Goa, and other Indian cities. Remote coordination and site visits are built into our process.
How does pricing work?
We offer three transparent fee structures: hourly at INR 3,000 per hour, per square foot at INR 350 per sq. ft. (common for commercial and new construction), or a designer fee of 15% of the established project budget. The right model is agreed during your initial consultation.
Can you work with my existing contractor?
Absolutely. We collaborate with your preferred contractors or can recommend trusted partners from our network of artisans and specialists.
